Dominion Management Group is a full-service property management company, specializing in the management, leasing, and maintenance of both commercial space and residential multi-family properties. DMG was formed in 2006 to manage the portfolio of its sister company, Dominion Development Group. DMG currently manages seven properties in middle and east Tennessee and one commercial property in Knoxville, TN.

 

 

Will Ferguson

Will has been associated with Dominion Management Group from its beginning in 2006. His background in apartment construction management, specialty sports construction, and administrative services lends itself well to DMG’s practice of purchasing properties in need of transformation. He has helped to establish management and maintenance teams that exhibit both professionalism and a strong desire to serve. Will is a 1980 graduate of the University of the South with a degree in political science.

 
       

Owen Ragland

Owen joined the senior management team in July 2009 after retiring as a Colonel in the US Air Force. His leadership and management skills are used to organize and lead the property management teams and to run the day-to-day operations of the back office support for DMG. Owen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an MS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, and an MS in Strategic Studies from Air University.

 
       

Robbie Nicely

Robbie became Maintenance Supervisor shortly after DMG purchased its first property. He had previously worked as a Field Services Manager, installing and maintaining ground water treatment systems. Robbie’s role has grown with DMG’s portfolio; he now oversees all of the property maintenance teams. Because of his management and organizational skills, these teams are raising industry standards through quality maintenance and superior service.

 
       

Linda Saylor

Linda has been in property management since 1984. Because of her extensive experience in the industry, she was asked to join DMG at its inception. Her commitment to building exceptional management teams through hospitality has been instrumental in DMG’s success. Linda enjoys the process of transforming the culture of a property in order to create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. Linda has a degree in paralegal studies from Eastern Kentucky University.
